The Foundation Classes curriculum in Toronto carries a wide variety of topics giving students a solid foundation and understanding of energy principles, systems and techniques designed to bring body to balance. Students practice in small groups with close supervision and attention to detail. They develop powerful skills needed to maintain good health, overcome illnesses, and achieve fluency in the understanding of how the body communicates energy imbalance. The registration for this program is available only once a year in spring.
